Job description
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Caller / Sales Executive to connect with potential investors, explain our investment opportunities, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors
- Explain Realverse investment plans and opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain client records and call updates
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred
- Comfortable with lead follow-ups and client interaction
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Preferred Skills
- Hindi & English communication
- Real estate or investment sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling client objections
Salary & Benefits
Option 1 — Fixed Salary + Incentive
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Additional Incentive: 2% commission on the total sales converted by the candidate in a month
Option 2 — Commission Based
- For candidates not interested in a fixed salary:
- 7% commission on the total sales converted by them
